@RCNconnects I’ve chatted, dm’d, called, even chased down a pole worker...I’m not wasting my time so y’all can waste my time with me trying things that don’t work. There’s a tech coming next week and if we still have issues after that we will gladly be switching our services to @comcast

Hey @Xfinity Why is it so hard to cancel?? Went to the store. They couldn’t help. Spent an hour on the phone. Fixed it? Then a text today saying there are changes on our account. Then called & the service rep had no history of our service change. Don’t bother reaching out. Fix it

@comcastcares we’ve been having intermittent internet outages in the last few days, but today has been the worst: no internet at all since 3 pm and counting. And we thought that upgrading to the 1000 Mbps plan would solve our problems ... so naïve.
