Still no internet at home so Iāll continue to use the phone for streaming. No clue when @Xfinity will be online. @Scott_Wiener random idea - network providers should have to cut their monthly bill proportional to number of days with downtime so we donāt have to pay for no service

@markfromjax @Xfinity I had the same issue at my office. I was going to call Comcast biz to do something about it, but I decided to reset the router first just in case thinking it wouldn't work but they always ask. It actually worked to bring speeds back to where they were supposed to be.

Our @Xfinity home Internet service is so unusable that I think we are going to have to move. Theyāve sent 5 techs out & it still crashes every few MINUTES. Itās a problem with their network. THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. Worse, they try to CHARGE US $100 to NOT fix it!

@owengeldrum2 Service wise, yeah I havenāt had any issues. Itās just the cap on upload speed that blows me away. Fios has 1000/1000 matched for the same price, if not less than my bill with Comcast. Definitely in the minority of customers who care about upload rather than down, but still lol

@Xfinity can someone please fix my internet connection. Iām having to reset my modem 4-6 times a day. I even upped my internet speed and it still sucks. I get better video play and download from my cellphone service. Name of the account is in my Twitter handle. Please fix!

@Xfinity @comcast how many xfinity agent does it take to fix a billing issue? [hint: still counting]. On 3Aug I changed my plan from gigabit to ultrafast. The agent instead activated a new ultrafast under my name (sent new device as well).

Someone needs to bring a class action lawsuit against @Xfinity They have an effective monopoly in my Illinois town. They refuse to fix their network problems, leading to lost work-from-home wages and just general emotional distress. Our home Internet crashes every few MINUTES

@Xfinity @eileenh2_0 This just shows Xfinity's incompetence 2 provide quality service. Even if it was free it STILL wouldn't b worth it.Comcast ALWAYS under provides service. As they add new customers they disconnect current customers - they play musical chairs with their service.
